Wendy obtained an Master's of Science degree in Communication Disorders at Rockhurst University in Kansas City,  Wendy has a passion for working with children with speech and language disorders. Her innate ability to connect with her clients makes strong connections with limited verbalization skills.  Wendy has a passion for children who struggle with  phonological awareness skills and how it impacts reading and literacy skills in children and has been proactive in bringing dyslexia testing to the BSPS . Wendy is trained in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders and is currently on the track to complete her certification requirements in 2019. Wendy's  intuitive ability to connect with children makes her a favorite among youngsters of all ages.  


Dianah obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene at the University of Missouri- Kansas City Dental School and was a practicing dental hygienist for 30 years. She then completed the educational training and certification requirements to  become a Certified Orofacial Myologist (COM®) through the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM).  In 2012 Dianah took on the responsibility of heading the IAOM Non-Profit Governance Committee and has been instrumental in bringing positive changes to the organization.  In 2014, Dianah was awarded the Connie Painter - Distinguished Service Award for her efforts in the IAOM. Dianah is an IAOM approved CEU Instructor, who together with Mary, offers courses both nationally and internationally.


Her years of  clinical expertise in working with orofacial myofunctional disorders includes specialization in digit sucking elimination, oral fascial release; pre and post tongue tie correction skills; TMD and other areas of orofacial pain has been hugely successful. Dianah has an innovative approach allowing the patient to achieve overall confidence by providing a positive treatment plan.
